Check-in will begin 10 minutes before the departure time you’ve scheduled. This gives us enough time to help you adjust your bike for comfort, test it out, and ensure you’re ready for a smooth ride.

Please make sure you double-check the address before your tour, as Buenos Aires has several streets with similar names, and we’d hate for you to end up at the wrong location.

Transportation Tips
Buenos Aires traffic can be unpredictable, so we recommend allowing extra time if you’re arriving by taxi or using ride-sharing services like Uber. Sometimes, it can take up to 40 minutes for an Uber driver to accept and reach your location, so it’s best to plan ahead. You can also explore nearby cafés or stores if you arrive early—better to relax than rush!
